The Real Texas Taste
1 cup zesty Italian dressing
3 tablespoons soy sauce
3 tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
3 tablespoons white vinegar
3 teaspoons onion salt
3 teaspoons garlic salt
3 teaspoons pepper
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 cup favorite BBQ sauce
1 piece of brisket 2-3 pounds
Additional BBQ sauce 2-3 cups
6 cups of hickory & 6 cups of apple
Mix 1/2 each, fill smoker every 50-60 minutes
Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl.
Place the brisket in bowl and marinate overnight
Place the brisket in the rotisserie of your BBQ grill.
Install Sam’s Smokers on both sides of your
Wood grill & smoke until done. Do not over cook.
Baste with additional BBQ sauce every 15 minutes.
