Cut pineapple into 1/2 to 1 inch pieces 3 boneless chicken breasts 1 pound of bacon 1 can of sliced pineapple 1 can of sliced bamboo shoots 1 box of tooth pick 3 cups of wood chips Try a mixture of: apple & hickory or plum and hickory or cherry & hickory | DIRECTIONS
Place your swordfish in a dish. Rub 1 teaspoon of lemon juice and olive oil onto each side of your fish. To make rub -mix all dry ingredients in a small bowl. Rub on fish steaks, both sides Let stand for 30 minutes Soak your wood chips for 10 minutes and get out your Grill Smoker Pro Wood grill and smoke 15 minutes per side. Blacken with flame as desired Enjoy ! DIRECTIONS
Cut chicken into 1/2 to 1 inch pieces Place a water chestnut, a piece of pineapple, a piece of chicken and bamboo shoot on a piece of bacon. Roll the water chestnuts, pineapple, chicken, bamboo shoot with the piece of bacon. Stick 2 toothpicks into the rolled up appetizer. Soak your wood chips for 10 minutes and get out your smoker. Use a grilling tray wipe with oil; try Sam's Fish and Kabob Tray. . Place your rolled up appetizer on the grilling tray. Turn every 2-3 minutes and watch for flare up. Flip back and forth over smoker. grill smoke until bacon is done. Serve hot! Bacon grease can flare up, use misting bottle with water, if needed ENJOY ! |
